At UrbanVault, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Pakistan: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Costs

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
